East End Education + Outreach Assistant
Assistant Educator, Donovan, has been involved in our Education and Outreach efforts since 2022, when he started as a Back to the Bays Intern. His local roots, practical wildlife knowledge, dedication, and passion immediately earned him an official position. While working with CCE Donovan transferred from Suffolk County Community College to Stony Brook University, where he is now pursuing a B.S. in marine science!
Acting as both a marine science instructor and a curriculum-developer for our Tiana Bayside programming, Donovan plays a key role in engaging the public in wildlife ecology and habitat conservation, inspiring children and adults alike.
