Now it’s time to collect some further information. We have digitized the forms to streamline the process. Please read the Parent Handbook, complete the form below and upload your completed Camper Form Packet for the camp you registered your child for by JUNE 1st!

*Please understand that if we do not receive your documents by the June 1st deadline, you will forfeit your spot to a waitlisted party and will not receive a refund!
